We're located at 1 Barker Avenue, Suite 200, White Plains, NY 10601, just minutes from downtown. By car, you can reach us easily via the Bronx River Parkway, I-287, or the Hutchinson River Parkway — and on-site parking means no stress finding a spot. Prefer the train? The White Plains Metro-North station (Harlem Line) is a short walk or quick rideshare away, which is handy since you won't be driving yourself home after treatment.
A Typical Visit
We'll start with a clinical consultation to make sure Spravato® or ketamine is the right next step for you. From there, sessions typically happen twice a week at first, tapering off as you improve — always with a board-certified clinician by your side. Each visit runs about two hours, including a private treatment room, a required monitoring period, and time to unwind in our recovery lounge afterward. Just remember: you'll need a ride home, since driving yourself isn't allowed the same day.

-And spravato has defenitely been a huge boost for me mentally. I Still have some work to do in my life to get to where i ultimately want to be but I'm functional and able to talk to people, going to the gym and synagouge every day, looking for work and starting to think it's possible to one day date and have a family, all things that I had given up on.

I have been visiting this location for a couple months and not even once I had experience that wasn’t pleasant. Every single time everyone very friendly and professional I wish all the doctors office could be the same but I think may be asking too much as Maria minds employed wouldn’t be there to satisfy the need.

I want to thank the whole team and staff for a seamless onboarding experience. I have been attending treatments for a few weeks now. This place is a special gem in the heart of white plains. I have struggled with resistant depression for more than three decades. I must say that I am feeling so much better and been able to feel love for myself again and be proactive with my family, most importantly live in my world that I give myself permission to live in authenticity. Fantastic experience every single time. Amy is so amazing and makes the experience that much better. The entire staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
