Spravato® nasal spray offers rapid results, often within hours of treatment — very different from antidepressant medications that usually take weeks or months to work. Most people feel dramatically better by the third treatment. Ketamine doesn’t cause the side effects that often happen with antidepressants. A few people experience mild nausea or, very rarely, vomiting. The team can quickly alleviate any discomfort of this type in the office.
