Proven relief, when nothing else has worked.
Spravato® is the first ever FDA-approved medication for treatment-resistant depression.
About one in three people with depression don’t get full relief from standard antidepressants.
Spravato® (esketamine) is a nasal spray that works on the brain’s glutamate system, a completely different pathway than traditional antidepressants. Unlike oral medications, see a shift within days, not weeks.
Spravato is the first and only FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression
Because it’s FDA-approved, Spravato is covered by most major insurance plans, including Medicare
Experience meaningful improvement within days, in some cases even under 24 hours
Spravato is FDA-approved for use alone or with oral antidepressants as of 2025.

Spravato is a nasal spray you self-administer in our office, under the supervision of our clinical team. Because it’s a powerful, fast-acting treatment, it’s provided through the Spravato REMS program — a safety standard that means it’s only given in certified settings like ours, with monitoring afterward.
You self-administer the nasal spray in a comfortable, private space, guided by our team.
After the procedure, you’ll be observed for two hours to monitor your blood pressure and well-being. Temporary dreamlike feelings are normal and supervised.
Because of the lingering effects, you’ll need someone to drive you home — you can’t drive yourself the rest of that day.
A typical schedule: twice weekly for the first month, then weekly, then spacing out to maintenance visits as you stabilize. We’ll map your exact plan at your consultation.
Spravato can only be given in certified settings — and ours is built for it, with the safety, privacy, and monitoring this treatment requires.
We don’t just administer Spravato — we manage your whole mental-health picture, adjusting your plan as you progress.
Our team verifies your benefits and manages the authorization process, so the coverage Spravato qualifies for actually reaches you.
We also offer IV and IM ketamine and TMS, so if Spravato isn’t the right starting point, we have other proven paths — and can sequence them as needed.
A consultation is the only way to know for sure. Spravato isn’t right for everyone — certain blood-pressure and cardiovascular conditions, among others, need review first — which is why we always start with an evaluation.
Our solution comes in two treatment options. Both use related medication and share the same goal, helping relieve depression, with each delivered in a different way.
We'll help you find the option that's right for you.
Spravato is covered by most insurance plans. Our team helps you through the process.
For most people, yes. Because Spravato is FDAapproved, it’s covered by most major insurance plans, including Medicare. We verify your benefits and manage authorization before you begin.
Spravato is esketamine — the FDAapproved, insurance-covered form of ketamine therapy, taken as a nasal spray. IV and IM ketamine are related treatments used off-label and typically paid out of pocket. All can help with depression; we’ll help you choose the right fit.
Not anymore. As of 2025, Spravato is FDA-approved as a standalone treatment, so it can be used on its own or alongside an oral antidepressant.
Faster than traditional antidepressants for many people — often within days, and in studies some experienced improvement in as little as 24 hours. Results vary by person.
The monitoring period is a required safety step for this treatment. You’ll relax with us while we make sure you’re feeling steady, and you’ll need someone to drive you home — no driving the rest of the day.
No referral needed — just book a consultation to get started.
