How is Marpa Minds different?
We’re one of the most experienced Spravato providers in the region, with over 12,000 treatments delivered. We specialize in treatment-resistant depression and understand dosing, side effects, and long-term care. We offer both insurance-covered Spravato and ketamine therapy in a calm, private setting, with insurance, scheduling, and treatment handled in one place.
What is Spravato®?
Spravato® is an FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression and suicidal thoughts. It’s used when standard antidepressants haven’t worked. Treatment is done in-clinic with medical monitoring.
Is it covered by insurance?
Often, yes. Many insurance plans cover Spravato when criteria are met. We handle insurance verification, prior authorizations, and appeals.
Do I qualify?
You may qualify if you’ve tried two or more antidepressants without enough improvement. Eligibility is confirmed during a consultation.
What is ketamine-assisted treatment?
Ketamine-assisted treatment uses ketamine to reduce depression symptoms, sometimes quickly. It’s provided in the clinic with medical supervision.

How quickly does Spravato work?
Some people notice improvement within the first few weeks. Others need a full induction period. Results vary.
What happens during a Spravato session?
You self-administer the nasal spray under supervision, then rest in a private room for about two hours while being monitored. A ride home is required.
Are there side effects?
